It doesn't have HP. I oopsed in the DB when I entered in specials, swapping Heaven Striker and Seize's on accident, then fixing it and forgetting to remove the note on HP on Seize. Should be all better now.

Well, if Tan didn't, I find it odd that the JP sites I've looked at both list Chaos only. If Tan did, I'm guessing he was referring to HS and made the same basic error I did.
