when i equip i get 20 more hit points how come? its really annoying to have that even though im a HUcast i got wounded down to nothing took it off and died in a boss fight.is it a glitch or something

No. The Last Survivor gives you 20 HP. This can be nice in certain situations, but it isn't really a big enough boost for it to be significant.
