It's an exclusive PSO PC quest where you assist Rappies with launching a rocketship because they want to fly.

Pretty hilarious, actually. =P If you do the quest three times while picking up three fuel things each time, you can get a Toy Hammer.

Don't worry. The soldiers on Pioneer 2 will be able to stop the Rappy invasion easily. We don't carry the slogan, "Rappy, it's what's for dinner", on our ship for nothing. ;D
