eno mag cell

hi. does anybody know what is needed to use the eno mag cell on a mag ? ie - do they only work on ver 2 mags ? does the mag need to have certain stats ? any info on this mag cell would be great :) thanks.

I think you should show the vers2 mag cell to the tekker in Toward the future quest (online). I may be wrong, but you can try!
