I heard that you can unlock the forest in The retired Hunter quest but i'm not sure how.

When I start the quest I answer "!!" to Donoph's question and then i "only" talk to Alicia before I go to the ruins and when i finish the quest I talk to Alicia again but i don't have forest unlocked.

Is this just a rumor or do i need to be online or something or am i not doing something?

Unlock...Forest?

From what I remember, Forest is only unlocked in Very Hard or Ultimate mode. Not much in there though, apart from a few spoilers I think.

Thank you Rydius(thats why it didn't work). They say that if you go to the Forest that ther is a message by Flowen.

Hmm... Well now I'd like to check it out even if it isn't anything great.

It is just me or do you guys want this to go to FKL?!

be quiet child and read carefully before posting, he said in the QUEST 'the retired hunter'

this has NOTHING whatsoever to do with being on BB or not

the quest itself takes place in the ruins, the thread starter wanted to know how to access the easter egg (is the only way i can think of describing it) that is located in the forest in this quest

please don't post if you don't fully understand what you are posting about

You seem to be doing everything right. Yes, you should be able to then go back to Forest2, and access the weather station computer to find out more about Flowen etal. It is only offline!
