PSOBB: Did some things change?

Did something change that I'm unaware of? Why is it that I can't equip this Staff (http://www.nether-realm.com/SnapShots/huh.html)? (The image is a bit big so I put a link instead. I'm not sure how to resize with my current tools.) I can't think of any reason that I shouldn't be able to equip it, bar some change that I don't know about... http://pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_confused.gif

On a side note, is there any way in Paint to resize the actual image instead of it just cutting down the work area from the upper left corner?

Did you equip a MST-boosting weapon? If so, you won't meet the MST requirement for that Staff if you take off your current weapon. ST fixed the bug where you could equip MST-boosting weapons to be able to equip weapons that you normally wouldn't be able to.

Try using this free image viewing/editing program:

It has the ability to resize images.

Actually ryna, i think you may be right there, as curiosity seems to have a wand equipped, which if im not mistaken gives you a 5mst bonus. Her total mst is/was 253, and 253-5= not enough.
