I found two of them from Guil sharks with my Oran HUcaseal and one from a Pan-Arms with my yellowboze HUmar. Both in HARD mode on the G.C. Hope this helps.

lol if i had online i would give you one. i have like 20 of them on my low lvl hunter just waiting for him to use them lol.

best way to find them (for me anyways, purple ramar lvl 73) is to go in hard mode and round through the hole game. it may seem like a lot but its not too bad. good exp and meseta.
