Bringing PSO GC to Dorm. Questions

I have decided to bring my Gamecube to my dorm (for easy storage http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_razz.gif). How much is it gonna cost me to get PSO online? I know it's $50 for the game but I dunno how much it is for the modem, keyboard, or monthly fee. Can anyone hook me up with some info.

The dialup modem will be $35, and the broadband adapter will be $35. I don't believe prices have been officially announced on the keyboard controller or the Hunter's License for the GC.
