Looking for S-parts [Archive]

I've been endlessly searching for S-parts. I have heard that you can find them in Normal mode with a Whitill I.D. anyone got any tips?

Since it is a Gilchic drop, I would recommend either doing 3-1 or Mop Up #3. Even then, it will still take quite a few runs.

It recommends doing the first room of Soul of Steel over and over, or Unsealed Door.
