stat requirement is 35 35 35 35 to change.
thats way too much def for any class imho.

however, if you can settle for a robochao, that only requires 70 in two stats. so... either a mag with 70dex and 70 pow or one with 70 pow and 70 mind (both examples arent really great, but way better than wasting 30 level into def).

in the end, its what you like better (lookswise as well as statwise).

do you know if i combo a robochao mag with the branch of pakupaku if i'll still get a Striker of Chao? or does it only work with normal chao mags?

It only works with normal Chao mags.

Although having a STRIKER OF ROBOCHAO would be cool...

If you have a branch, just go into TTF... Eventually(Not sure when) there'll be a warp type thing in the medical room that warps you to ruins 1, stand under the waterfall and eventually your branch will become the striker.

TTF = Towards The Future. It's an online quest where you rush through a shortened version of Episode 1 as fast as possible while getting as many kills as you can.

that's why the game has 'online'
there are rewards for being online: quests & items unobtainable offline.. even with pso+ version

i understand that but i can never find an adapter. i have tried ordering them from places but the price is just too much. they are asking for like $60 for a normal adapter.

also i dont know if i want to get online because of all this i hear about hackers and what not.

what the heck is ISOD anyways????

If you play PSOGC, the hackers (almost all of them, if not all. I rarely see one.) are gone to somewhere else. So it's relatively safe online.

FSOD's involve action replay, and it could corrupt some of your data depending on the timing.

I know adapters are hard to find, I went through at least 5 different stores until I found one at Wal*Mart for $35.

I think that Nintendo probably sells them in their online store, but I'm not sure. Check other online places too, even e-bay.

frys and best buy are your best bets for finding them. each store by my house carries like 6 each. they do run like 30-35 bucks but online is pretty awesome.

The chao mag rocks! i mean c'mon it may have alot of def which can be bad but u can have a cute lil fairy-er angel thing! i mean when u do the ttf trick with a branch of paku paku a chao appears and it says diff stuff if u have a chao mag!!! http://pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/anime1.gif i like the chao regradless of its not so good stats, even then it can still have good stats.
