Unlocking Weapons.

In order to unlock a weapon like lame dargent or something do I just have to have the wep in my inventory during kills or actually get the kills with it equipped?

Kills while weapon is equipped, WITH weapon. So you can't just use techs.

Techs don't count. Just have it equiped and kill stuff. (AKA use a hunter or ranger, not FO. XP)
