Delsaber's arm

Hi, i'm trying to get delsaber's buster, I know how to get the weapon, but how is the best way to get the right arm? Which online/offline quest is the best to see delsabers, and which difficulty? or is it just easier to do normal mode?

It matters what I.D. type you are and what mode you are in. Check the Item database section and it should tell you where and with what I.D. type you can find it with. It might also tell you the drop rates and for the quest I'm not sure, but I have only found one right arm so you are going to have to be lucky (not stat).

New comers rarely check stickies though.
I have delsaber buster 3 times and shield twice.

If u play xbox Eu servers come and see me i have a spare right arm..if not then my skyly finds it very easily on very hard.

Considering the drop rate is 1/5852 for a Delsaber Right Arm drop on Normal, you may want to look someplace else.
