Question about S rank weapons.

I was looking at the guides at this site and I as wondering. Any weapon can be turned into a S-Rank weapon right? Can anyone use any S-rank weapon?

No, weapons do not get turned into S-Rank weapons. Some S-ranks, like S-Rank Sword, are Hunters only, the Wands, Canes, Rods, and so on are Forces only. S-Rank Punch is androids only....blah blah blah, you get the picture.

S-rank weapons are earned by completing Challenge Mode with a time of under seven hours.

Oh I see I was hopeing I could turn my vjaya, slience claw, Madam's Ubrela, musashi, blah, blah, blah. into weapons I could use for any character. Oh well, I guess I'll just start looking for that book of hitogata. Thanks for the help.
