whats the deal? my friend got it and it SUCKS, upgraded it and it still sucks, it took him for flippin ever to find it. is there somethin special about it hes missing or is just an insanely lousy wep?

The only thing going for that weapon is looks. I found one by accident, tried it out once, put it away forever. It is just a collector's item.

yea he was seriously bummed out about it. probably a good 50 runs for it just to find out it that crappy.
