Do you have any changes to the Ep.I&II Drop Charts?

I've recently heard that some of our EpI&II drop charts have a few slight errors in them. I recently looked through a majority of them and found nothing.

Anyone have any information about this?

Besides, the charts Tycho uses for EpI&II are mine, and I already told Arislan to use it for erroneous/missing entries.
