seeing as bb only has like the forest side quests available & that like eliminates addicting food 4 finding nars/mils wat is the best principal quest for finding lillies?

BB does have the rest of the offline quests. You just need to complete the government quests in that difficulty for that area.

Eg: To get Addicting Food in Ultimate, you need to unlock (possibly complete) caves Government quests.

Caves 1 of 2-1 has 30. The first room that has enemies of Today's Rate has nine.
