famitsu attack quest

Hi, i've been looking through the chats and i can't seem to find what i'm looking for.

I am trying to start the quest "famitsu attack" but it isn't in the list of quests, i play EU pso ep 1&2 if that helps. I'm not sure if it's just "maximum attack #1, #2" Ver 2 or whether its something else. If anyone can help me that would be great, because i am trying to retrieve a certain rare item this way. I can't get to the "singing by the beach" quest either, i don't know what i'm doing wrong.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks

Famitsu Cup is Maximum Attack. And Singing by the Beach is currently not available online...but maybe you could look at the Beach Laughter guide (Made by Sef, added onto by me) if you're trying to get a Black Ring.
