My first Pal Rappy....and it dropped the Agito(1975).

wow....

I know its not really all that powerful but....wow.

Congratz and I hate you!
Ive killed 250 Tallow and havent got one, but then the drop is 28,807 while Pinkal Pal Rappy is only 1/21 but with 1/512 of finding the Pal Rappy!

That is nothing to be ZOMG about... You can get one to appear instantly usually from the Fake in Yellow quest, piping in a room of 8 rappies.

Ahh but in V2 rare items do NOT drop during quests so while you can force rares to appear during different quests you cannot force the droprates to change outside of cheating.
