Since I am confined to offline right now because of my Verizon DSL modem, I have decided to make an Angel Wings mag using the heart of angel I acquired when I was last online. I want it to be a hardcore-power mag, and I'd like to know 2 things.
1. What is the max power for a mag? I forgot. But I 'think' it was somewhere around 180.
2. Are there any other special requirements for an Angel Wings besides being lv 100, no androids?
