What happened to those new designs for certain weapons on BB

I remember before it was released the site showed artwork and new enemies and weapons. It showed new designs for slicer and sabers and guns etc. I thought they were redoing the designs for the simple weapons. But perhaps they were pics of new rares, or they were just never implemented.

Now I can't find these pictures anywhere on the main sites.
