Al Rappy?!

Someone told me there's a slot item called an Al Rappy. I think it's hacked, someone said that, but is this true? What does it do?

Yep, it's hacked.

It increases your ATP by a bunch by multi-equipping more slot items onto the samething. Something like that. I don't remember exactly how it works.
