i want to get a sealed J sword and or any other good stuff for my level can you guys help...?

And to unseal it, you must get around 23,000 kills with the Sealed J-Sword.

Gi gue drops it in ultimate. Your best bet is to do Phantasmal world 1 quests to find it. should be out on psobb soon.

For now on BB, Maximum Attack 2 or one of the Lab Quests (I think it's 7-4?) have the most Gi Gues.

On the 8th, we get Phantasmal World 1 and 2, do Phantasmal World 1 for more Gi Gues. This can be a difficult quest to solo though, especially if you're underleveled.

Overall, Phantasmal World#4 is the best quest- just run the first 2 floors for Control Tower for 5 Gi Gues in a couple of minutes. However, this quest hasn't been scheduled for release yet, so you might be waiting a while.

If you're on PSO Gamecube or Xbox, you're fine.
