PSOBB: Episode 4 Tech Resistances?

Has anyone put together a list of tech resistances for Episode 4? Do they change in Ultimate?

I belive Tycho's enemy stats include resistances.

It would be interesting to know how Tycho calculated these stats.

On a serious note, I think Tycho got them from someone, somewhere who owns an official guide of sorts.

Looking over the data, it seems the "preferred" spell will vary by difficulty. For example, it seems Foie would be the best spell to use on a Boota in Normal and Ultimate. On Hard and Very Hard, it seems like Grants has a bit of an edge.

I'm talking purely in terms of damage dealt. I'm not talking about things like TP cost and such.

Can anyone confirm these observations?

Indeed, the resistances vary inconsistantly, unlike Episode 1 or 2 (aside from the change to Ultimate).
