Does anyone know the drop rate for the Flame Visit from the Del D in Temple? Also, does it work off of beats like the Inferno Bazooka does?

The droprate is about 1/1050 for a Viridia Temple Del-D.

Also, the Inferno Bazooka and Flame Visit are not beat-based weapons.
