So does the Bronger's Rifle 1/2 or 1/4 enemy's health? Just want to know.

it put a monster health to 1/4 of their current health.

it's reduced on androids so it only put's it to 1/2 of their current health!

Still on of the best weapons in the game!

A demons laser +hit% can be better, but it's much harder to find IMO!

Oh and it's BRINGER'S RIFLE not BRONGER's RIFLE

5% whoops, i was informed it was 50, oh well....

ahh, does make sense, 30% on exp steal, 30 from hp reduction!

So yet again ST decieves us with description problems when they put the term "halves enemies hp" in the weapons description, shouldnt they have put "Almost halves enemies hp"??

So kef, are you saying that,
when you use the bringers rifle special with an android, say, a RAcaseal, it takes 45% away from the enemies hp?
and when you use the same special on an enemy with a human, say a RAmar, it takes off 75%?

brinder's Rifle says that it puts enimy health to 1/4 not 1/2, it's talking about Newmans and HUmans not androids and their reduction on that special!

I may not be kef, but yeah! Androids have reduced Hell, demons, Devils, and Increase freeze, paralysis,. and confuse also EXP steal!

They don't have reduced hell. Not sure about increased freeze either.

hmm...

Humans and Newmans:
all "normal"

Androids:
+30% to Bind/Hold/Seize/Arrest, Panic/Riot/Havoc/Chaos, Ice/Frost/Freeze/Blizzard in Ultimate only

+20% to Master's/Lord's/King's in Ultimate only
+20% to Draw/Drain/Fill/Gush in Ultimate only (but the max per hit is still 120, so it's useless >_>)

-25% to Devil's
-30% to Demon's

I think I covered everything >_>

Yes it would, because all the other differences for androids' special attacks only apply to Ultimate mode.

Would i be right to assume that these reduced and unreduced and increased hells demons and so on only apply to blue burst or do they also apply to ep1 and 2 ??
