How do I get these in Gallons Shop, anyhow? And do they have better stats than Secret Gears/Delsaber Sheilds (Which I'm still stuck with despite having a lv130 char, a lv110 char, a lv81 char, and a lv61 char. http://pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_disapprove.gifx10

From what I understand, you need to earn 300 points from playing the various mini-games. Once you do that, talk to Gallon. You will be presented with a "Buy ???" option.

What are their stats? The same as the ones in the database, or what?

The stats are the same as the ones in the database. The only one really worth getting is the Ranger Wall.
