At the end of Episode 3, Pioneer lands....

In episode 4, Pioneer is back in orbit....

How is this possible?

Unless of course I just didn't check and ep4 is set between ep2 and ep3.

Episode 4 takes place a few months after Episode 2. Episode 3 is set about 20 years after that.

Uhhh, no. Ep4 should have been Ep3 and the current Ep3 should have never happened.

I actually thought Episode 4 took place during Episode 1? Hence Kireek still being alive after getting beat down and jacked for his Soul Eater(which he still has in Ep4). Bernie too.

In Episode 1, there are two different subplots, Bernie/Sue and "Beserker Kireek". Episode 4 assumes you follow the Bernie/Sue subplot where Kireek doesn't die. Also, keep in mind that Kireek shows up in Episode 3.

Well, Kireek does get jacked up and beat down, but maybe he get's bebuilt, he's an andriod isn't he? And as for him still having a souleater, there's an easy explaination to that, he's a duper with ton's of that weapon!!!!

Hahaha, I'll agree with that, it really doesn't fit in with the rest of PSO, Sega should have made the game, but not as a PSO game, and put more varied sega characters/items in it.

Where was Kireek in ep3? I do not remember seeing him, was it an online quest?

He appears in the download quests for Episode 3.

Simple explanation: This game has no story and even ST gets confused by the the few lines of plot they've thrown in. For proof, just check out the Dr.Montague mix up (where they say Dr.Montague helped create the newman race...but he himself is a newman...a clash of logic).

This game has no story...get over it. Anyone that tries to dig a PSO story needs help >_>

You don't need logic when the world is run on photons.

That doesn't mean anything. The world can be run on photons. Perhaps it is a new technology. What I am talking about here is common logic that even a monkey can spot.

Don't worry too much about the PSO storyline. You'll end up in a vegatative state. http://pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_wacko.gif

If you look closely enough, you'll see a storyline. It may have its share of plotholes, but most of it generally tends to gel together.

Personally, I find most PSO storylines to be rather tragic (the Flowen/Rico story is an example).

Have you ever thought that Montague could have made himself into a newman? Like it was stated earlier, you don't need logic when the world runs on photons. http://pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_wacko.gif

Is there only 1 Dr.Montague???
Maybe the Newman is a clone of his former self??

Anyways, I quite like the PSO storylines, most of it is very dark and not like your usual story, its very deep I think, and you need to think a lot to get it all. If you like your story just thrown at you, then you shouldn't bother trying to get the PSO story.

(where they say Dr.Montague helped create the newman race...but he himself is a newman...a clash of logic).

If you read carefully they talk about updated Newmans.
