How can i get the Lavis Cannon?

Im a Virida and im tryin to find the Lavins Cannon,right now im in the Vhard Ruins,and i cant find it anywhere..so how can I?thanx

heres how to find it.
Go online and trade for a hacked one.

Because you aint never gunna find one, Im sorry to be the one to have to break it to you.

Although....... Always look everywhere for stuff, believe t or not, I was there when my brother lvl 47 Fomarl tekked her Heavens Punisher, so anything is in.

It's findable in Ultimate Caves... If you spend the rest of your time there, you just may find one before you reach level 200. Seriously, I don't know what the hell the odds are for finding one, but it's probably between 0.5 and 1%.
