Yes, the Seat of The Heart quest is an Episode 2 quest, that unlocks the East Tower and West Tower Quests for play.

Progression from one to the next, for a total of three Offline Episode 2 Quests in PSO+.

They are not in Offline PSO Ep. 1 & 2 CCA, since it does not contain the Tower areas.

Then that means you have no PSO+. Sorry, but you're not going to see any Tower enemies unless you get PSO+ or get a Hunter's License.

PSO+ is well worth the 30 bucks that I used to purchase it.
Right now my brothers and I are trying to pass Seat of the Heart, but those dang Del Lilies are giving us a hard time, and Elly keeps on getting killed by those Ill gill.
Hope I can finish it tonight.

Use the guide to get the right terminals. If you get each correct terminal, there are no enemies in Tower (Bar Recons) and it ends easy.

That's of course if you have Elly. Different story with Kireek.

With Kireek, you destroy the right terminals, the enemy still appears but you can still run ahead (And when you wapr, your partner warps too).

And even with Elly, I always destroy the second terminal, cause Elly is always distracted by Recons http://pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_disapprove.gif
