If I remember right, it's the super rare version of Saint-Milion. It was available on Japanese BB through a quest that you could purchase with your team points. It is the battle where IDOLA ~ The Fanatic Viper plays.

It's not a rare version, it's just the Viper that shows up in the buyable quest "To the center of the disaster".

I don't think it's out on USBB yet though.

I'm not so sure about that, considering the rappy seems to be affected by the dirt thrown up by Shambertain, and it's foot is partially obscured by the command bar at the bottom. I might just be photo shop illiterate though.
