Windmill useable by RAmars?

Ive been curious about this. The item description in the database does not list this for RAmars. The mst requirement is 690 and I believe the RAmars max mst is something like 650. There is no X next to the weapon saying it cant be used. So I was wondering if it possible or not. What would you have to equip to be able to use this. This is on Blue Burst btw.

If a RAmar could get 690 MST he could, same goes with ATP s-ranks and FOnewearls. If they could get 800ATP they could use them.

I dont care much for weapons that need MST to wield. I think they are just alternative weapons that are for players that have more MST than ATP/ATA. As for the Holy Ray, I can just use the stonger, more superior Ano Rifle.

What if you're a Hunter? Holy Ray is a great item for HUmar/HUnewearl.

Holy Ray is probably the best gun for non-rangers, cause it's loaded with ATA, and has rifle range.

The Holy Ray is a rifle... so you'd expect it to have rifle range....
