You'll find your serial number and access key on a sticker inside your Episode 1 & 2 case.

ISP = Internet Service Provider. It is the company that gives you Internet access.

It would probably be best to buy a new copy. Given that your copy is used, there is a good chance the previous owner already went online with it. Also, keep in mind that you can use the numbers from the new copy for your current save file. You will just be unable to change the numbers once they are registered.

If you are playing the GC version of the game, you may want to be on the lookout for Episode 1 & 2 Plus and Episode 3. The numbers for those games should be compatible with whatever you have now.
