Just read on this website: http://www.gameinformer.com/News/Story/200510/N05.1003.0145.31695.htm

A character from Halo! heheh... arbiter.... heheh... energy sword... heheh..

I can't think of any character from Halo that would even begin to blend in with Dead or Alive. =

Even though, say, Kasumi has a short sword.. she never uses it at all. Everyone fights hand to hand.

It's probably going to be some random good guy. I can't imagine it being a Flood or Covenant. >_>

maybe it's Cortana? http://pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_wacko.gif

but geez, this bonus character is stretching the limits farther than Link, Spawn, and Heihachi in Soul Calibur 2 x.x

That makes sense.. lol..

Maybe they were inspired by this image:

ROFL! Nice pic XD

And I too thought of Cortana but who knows. A female character makes sense for the DOA series.

Note that the female silhouette is the only erm... animated one.

But eh, I'm not complaining about another new character for DOA4.

I can see an elite with an energy sword in it

If that is true, just.. no.

Halo and DOA probably don't mix. Link/Spawn/Heihachi didn't fit in with SC2 in my opinion. >_>

Bleh, do what they want, I hardly get to play DOA anyway.

Mr. Itagaki hit another all time low with that, imho.

hey, as long as they don't make any attempts to bring a halo character in the doa storyline (er, ya, 'storyline'), it might not be a complete fuck up.

i dunno why, but my spider sense is making me think it'll be cortana or one of the AI's from the books 'sent back to the past' (al la ilovebees) that manages to download themselves into some kinda android or robochick, soley for the purpose of whacking scantly clad young ladies about the place and knocking them through stain-glass windows.

even if the master chief featured, he still would be no match for the fly-kicking jan-lee. http://pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_argh.gif damn his bruce lee-ness.

who knows, maybe guilty spark will feature as a custom beach ball in xtreme volley ball 2. with comedy phrases every time he gets hit http://pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_eek.gif.

who knows?

PEACE!!!

It's not Master Chief. That's been stated.

Cortana or Commander Keyes (the younger)?

I dunno, I just feel that it would have to be a female for DOA.

Oh yeah, I'll bet it is miranda keyes. She looked very ninja-ish in the H2 ending scene

See, the only reason I could see it being Miranda Keyes is if she ends up playing a massive part in Halo 3. Otherwise... I dunno. I mean, obviously it doesn't have to be a female character, but barring the Chief, what human character is there (they couldn't possibly have a Covenant in DOA) besides Sarge?

Heh, Sarge would be funny, but super out of place.

Oh. I guess it's Linda, one of the Spartan's that's from the books. (Right?)

I guess that does make sense.

Isn't Linda dead, though?

I Don't know but I would read it but. I hate reading novles. If it was a manga it would be diffrent.

But still I thougt the hidden character would ither be Cortana or a random marine. Guess not.

Think she was in a coma or something.

I was on HBO yesterday, though, and there are a bunch of fans pointing out that Linda is Spartan 058, whereas this new female Spartan is being listed as Spartan 458.

So, uh... who knows?

Like Kent said, I think Linda's dead, but the idea of the Spartan in DOA4 being one of the female ones is definetly a possibility.

Maybe it'll have some kinda Metroid-esque scene where she takes her helmet off? http://pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_wacko.gif

If linda is Spartan 458, then that's her. Anywho, it looks she's getting her ass kicked in way too many of those pictures http://pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/anime2.gif .

Well, as I said... Linda is 058 and the one in DOA is 458... so, either it's a typo, or I guess it's not Linda.
