Hey, I'm sitting here 3am in the morning in London trying to get my DC to work with DreamArena.

Basically used to have a Dc with PSO etc but had to get rid of it ( http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_frown.gif http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_frown.gif http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_frown.gif ) for many reasons and... well anyway. I've got a new one now, and an old dreamkey1.5 to register.

But I put in all my details and it just keeps saying line busy try again in a moment.

Has the UK service been disconntinued? Do I need the new version of DreamKey? I ring up the number it tells you its about to dial from a phone normally and yes, bt says sorry the number you are calling is busy in that arsey toff nosed bt woman voice...(!)

Argh, are the servers always this busy? Or is there other problems... Please please help!

sega europes isp, Dreamrena was closed down many months ago, and as such any one trying to get their dreamcasts online with nay of the dreamkeyver1 or ver2 series will just get a line busy or failiure to conect message.

All is not lost though, Sega released a new browser Dreamkey ver3 which allows you to select your own ISP ( not compatable with AOL) Dreamkey3 is available free with european PAL PSOver2 discs and from sega-europes site at http://www.dk3.sega-europe.com

Oh thanks for the info.

Shame, but I'm signing it up for the first time. And that dreamkey 3.0 website assumes you have alreay sign up and only gives you the upgrade option.

looks like im doomed. http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_frown.gif

I wouldnt say doomed, but if you give sega europe a call they
should be able to send you a Dreamkey3 disc, theres two numbers you can call, ones the technical support line which costs a bit to call and the other number is 08456 090 090 open 9am-6pm mon-fri.
