Franz Ferdinand's new album! It came out yesterday, and I picked up my copy today. So far, it is quite awesome. Definetly shows improvement over their original album. This proves that they're not a "one-hit wonder!" XD
Anyone else enjoying it?

Defenitely an improvement on the first album. it's about time they brought out some new material.
The songs seem more structured and better thought out. Good stuff. http://pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_smile.gif
Personal favourites would have to be This boy, What you meant and You could have it so much better.

"This Boy" rocks. "I wanna car! I wanna car!"
I also really like "The Fallen", "Do You Want To", "Evil and a Heathen", and "Fade Together".
Did anyone else buy the Dual-Disc release that has the DVD side? The video for "Do You Want To" is so awesome. http://pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_wacko.gif

Your reply made me LOL. XD
But, based on the lyrics, no. The only things the songs have in common is the title.

I'm a bit bored of Do you want to because it's getting a lot of play time on TV/Radio, but that's natural. it is a great song though.
Initially I didn't like The fallen, but it's grown on me.
Seeing as it's such a good album, there's far too many highlights on it. We'd be better off posting the whole bloody tarcklist! http://pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_lol.gif

woah.
got the disk now and i have to say... they got experimental in the middle, but i so adore the first three songs and especially the last one - outsiders.
blew me away when i heard it for the first time.
