screen shots and pso font

i have 2 main questions.
1)for those of us not with a computer version of the game, how do you make screenshots?

2)I have seen people on the x-box version typ in the PSO font, does anyone now how they do it?

For GameCube there is a screenshot feature. However, seeing that you are asking about Xbox there is but one way to take screenshots: a video capture card of some sort. I personally use ATI's TV Wonder Pro. There are a number of them that range from $50-$300+ (US).
