Imagine you are four players and have a team of 1 hunter, 1 ranger and 1 force + 1 of any of the three. To make a really nice looking team that all have the same uniform or that look alike what type of weapons and evident objects would you equip them with. I know it sounds strange but it would really help me out. Personally I think a dark flow team or a custom team would look nice with the shileds and stuff. No worries about strength or anything, and if you know exactly which characters you're talking about, say the class.
