The highest power unit for PSO Xbox is God/Power. God/Power++ looks un-legit to me. However, I am not sure whether this item will have a direct effect on rares appearing.

Did you find any rares with it equiped?

Try banking the God/Power++ and do a few runs for rares. If rares does appear, then it is comfirmed that the item is the cause.

that's a hacked item, it will effect your game
