when i am playing offline,how do you choose between normal,hard,very hard, and ultimate?

On singleplayer offline, after selecting your Episode, the choice will appear. To access later difficulties, complete the previous one. (by beating either Dark Falz or Olga Flow)

On multiplayer offline, the difficulty option is there too.

This is assuming you're on GC/Xbox.

After ou complete normal. Your'l unlock a mmenu when yuo select you character and then pick epidode, it will say Normal, Hard(these will be in white) and then very hard, and ultimate(these greyed out until onlocked)

or in multimode
20 hard
40 very hard
80 ultimate
