I've worked in a high volume resturant and bar for a little over 2 years now and I have to say that Ramsey is NOTHING compared to our GM. Besides all the stuff that he pulls is 90% an act, those people are real chefs and the abuse that he lays out really hasn't gone down in most kitchens in at least 10 years.
