SJS Hunting Advice?

As you likely know, I'm hunting the Sealed J-Sword with my Skyly (on GC PSO).

I've been doing Phantasmal World#4 runs (just the first 2 floors over and over), killing 5 Gi Gues a run.

However, these runs are really boring the hell out of me (and going through Trimates like there's no tomorrow...), so I decided to mix it up a little with Phantasmal World#1 first room runs (2 Gi Gue per run).

For a HUnewearl, is this the easiest ways to hunt the SJS? (Yes, Ive looked through Tycho's Guide, and PW#4 seems the way to go), but the runs are taking me 10 minutes, and I have to use mechs to hold off the Ill Gill at the start =/

I can do these runs, but it's quite hard on money, even with all the Divinity Barriers Gi gue keeps dropping.

Any advice at all on speeding up the PW#4 runs?

Dst for meseta IMO, all the arlan weapons drops are great for the bank^^

Just keep at it. To cure your bordem, try using a different characters and playing through a different level. I see you have 1600+ Gi Gue kills under your belt. Most people find it in around 23000+ kills so yuor not that far off.

Make a RAmarl <_<;;

Seriously though, create a Skyly RAmarl. TTF her until she has 900HP+, equip her with a Demons Rifle/Frozen Shooter and Cure/Confuse. She will take care of the short PW4 runs in around 4 minutes (or less).

Alternatively, get your HUney a high hit Demons Raygun, as the old saying goes: Demons > Tower.

haven't been able to kill many over the last few days, been too busy. Hopefully I can get some more time in soon.

If you have people willing to help you, not only does that seriously relieve boredom, you can afford to mix up the quests a little. Some variation will help maintain sanity <_<. ET, PW1 and even full PW4 are very efficient, Gi Gue-wise, with a strong party.

Thanks for the replies, to be honest I'd rather not make a RAmarl, I had one on BB, and hated playing as one, so I think my HUnewearl's the way to go.

On a good day, I've been killing around 120 Gi Gues, sometimes it's as low as 20 though if I'm busy.

Out of curiosity, how many Gi Gue did people who've found the SJS kill a day on average?

on average? = i started off with a few pw1 runs a day ( the one with 12 gi gues in it) - cant remember how many i did eventually.

Then i moved over to east tower and tried to do at lesat 10 runs a day of east tower. When i had gotten most the items from east tower apart from jsword i moved onto pw4 runs (first 2 rooms) and i was doing 30 of these per day.

@Delfi: Whoa, 30 runs a day of PW#4 first two rooms? I maybe get that done in a really good day, but with all the university work I have too, I usually can't get too many kills ><
