It says that you have to do the mission "Claiming a Stake" last. I thought that you had to finish that mission to unlock the ones that you need to do before that.

Sorry if the wording sucks. I hope you know what I'm getting at.

have you beat all the quests for the difficulty you're on, that's the only way you'll get it since you have to replay the quests

Well if you mean the order of quests you have to do it doesn't matter which order they are done in.

As long as you do the Secret Delivery first and Claiming a stake last, right?

First, do Secret Delivery. Next, do the following in any order:

Value of Money
Gran Squall
Lost Bride
Claiming a Stake

Then, go back to Secret Delivery and pick up your prize.

In other words, do Secret Delivery, then complete all the quests so they re-open, then complete the remaining quests on the list.
