My friend on Xbox had a weapon called a J-Cutter.
It was like the flight cutter only grey.
It was an s-rank.

S-Ranks can be hacked, (like the Snarf Gun http://pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_razz.gif) but whether or not this one was or not is unknown. Derek will have to ask his friend where he got it. If someone gave it too him outside of a trade (a big one at that) it's almost 100% garunteed illegit.

Also, if it has percents in any of the area's, it is hacked. S-Ranks don't come with %'s and they cannot be added for PD's, so to get them, you must hack.

If it was just named, " J-CUTTER", then it was modded, and they were too lazy to learn how to mod them with names http://pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_razz.gif

If it has a name like, "HAXOR J-CUTTER", then it was probably just a dupe.

I'm not even 100% sure that you could mod s-ranks with percents or not, so I don't think he'd be able to look out for that.

The hex for percentages is used to determine the name of the weapon. In other words, NO, S-ranks interpret the hex as a name, not percentages.

I couldn't find it in the item index cause I didn't remember that the first words were S-Rank.
Or maybe they weren't, I dont remember.

If It's a plain old J-Cutter with no name It was probably bankmodded. Bank modded S-ranks don't have names.
