Is it possible to get a rare mag without a mag cell?
Is it possible to get a mag cell offline?

1. Yes. Depending on your character class and Section ID, you can raise yourself a rare Mag. Check the guides to see how.

2. No Mag Cells offline, sorry.

Just out of curiosity, are they in red boxes when they turn rare?

Yep. Rare Mags get the red box that signals rarity.

Edit: And yes, they also get the yellow text.

Green text, or a green box?

As far as I know, they all get the red box/yellow text setup.

Soniti/Pitri/Pretra/Churel come in capitalized Green text, and are in blue boxes.

But they're rare mags, since they're from Mag Cells

Those are the mags, i'll have to keep that in mind!

Just a note, they need to be "refreshed" before the box turns red and the text yellow. This means either banking then taking out, or saving and entering a new game.

Just a quick note:

I have Soniti and Churel. While it is true they're in Blue Boxes with green text, the text isn't capitalized.

It appears as 'Churel'. The actual Mag Cells are Red Box/Yellow text though http://pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_razz.gif

is it at all posible to have a rare mag called "sonic" and look just like it?. or is this a rumor?...
because it is said that all of the mags stats. are maxed out.
