HUmar- Axel, great all around player, nice SYs too
HUnewearl - Sharky, too many Hunes O_o
HUcaseal - silhouette aka Integral - probably one of the best HUcaseal I ever played with, I molest children - another pretty good one, sen - all around great player.
HUcast-Damien - kills fast O_o

RAmar - Aim - Kills even faster O_o
RAmarl - Kamica - hunted HP by himself and even solo a lot of the time, Zam - knows what he is doing.
RAcaseal - (except 09 =P) I would say amanda - know how to use equipment, viona - good all around RAcls, and menthos10 - good all around RAcls.
RAcast - Adam - Guess most people here knows him...

FOmar - Delusion - awesome FO defintely knows what he is doing, Heinan - great too but left for no known reason >.>, Zophar - good all around FO
FOmarl - Glory - Best FOmarl around
FOnewearl - Tycho - good all around player
FOnewm - Not many on nowadays.... probably Gryphonmage4 - defintely good at cmode FOing

I know there are a lot of other good players out there. The list I created are more towards the GC players that I played with in the past and present. A few I forgot since some quit a while ago.

I've played with a lot of really good players both on GC and BB but I don't really have any sort of list. Thinking about it, the only really good FOnewm I've played with is one of my old RL friends who sadly quit about a year ago. Definitely an underused class...

Wow... when I saw the title, I thought this would be about which of the 4 characters in each class was better than the other 3 (ie: you think that Fonewearl owns Fomar, Fonewm, and Fomarl), but you meant what players are the best with each class.

I find the fact that anyone would actually bother to keep lists of that quite disturbing... that's only me though... and I bet many of you will disagree with me... shouldn't you just play with who are your friends and who you can have fun with? That seems like a much better plan... then again, that too is only my thought... and I bet that once again, quite a few people will disagree... Which they are entitled to do.

Since I am only going online soon, I'd have to say that the best of each class is either me, my brother (who has quit), or one of my PSO friends (who have all since quit).

Wow, the entire meaning of the topic changed from when I posted earlier...

I really don't like playing the favorites game. There are a number of players that are good players. There are a lot that are bad. But even so, I don't think I would ever say anyway.

I will say this though: Some of the people I met are the reasons for me reattempting a class and finding out I love that class in its own special way. (FOmarl, FOnewearl, RAmar, HUcaseal, FOmar, FOnewm...) All it takes is one time with a good player and it gives you some great inspiration to play, as that class, or possibly as another. But, eh... no need to say who is great, as they already know from in game.

- enjoy playing the most with,
and
- know how to use that class well.

It's not intended to elevate people above each other, as there's probably loads of amazing players I haven't had the chance to play with yet. I just enjoy playing with the people on my list a little more than other people.

The list was just for fun. To see whom you associate with a class. Not like saying they are the masters of the world of pso. For example when I see a HUnewearl I think of Sharky and his... uh... obesession >.> See a RAmarl I think of Kef and his devotion to that class. Not that I necessarily think that they are both the best or the worst out there, they are the ones that come to mind. Either because I have played with them or they have made a name of themselves by posting. Who knows. The list is not a poll people, it just a personal list of who we remember.

Heck I can throw names out there and most of you wont know who I am talking about. Some of the people I have played with have long quit the game, but I still remember them. Another example when some people think of RAmar some have named Aim, but Aim to me reminds me of a HUcaseal named Aimee *shrugs*. When I think of a RAmar I think of a person named Samber, he is the one that taught me to deal with East and West Towers. See, personal memory would affect my choice in the list.

Did I mean that Aim is worse or better than Samber? NO! It means I remember one for one thing, and the other for another thing.

The list was fun to read and see. Made me remember names of people I have played with in the past, and the fun memories that came with that.

There were so many truly great players on xbox that I'd hate to make a list for fear of slighting someone.

When it comes to playing the game, I like to refer to c-mode as one standard for the true skills of a player and not just the items they found/traded for/duped/hacked - basic items and what can you do with them.

Using that standard, the legend on xbox was Guan, who was known for being simply the best c-mode player in the game by most of the challenge mode players I had the pleasure of playing with. He could give away all his scapes and mates and still finish nearly any stage in TA time.

From the xbox days, the Humar standard was set by Liquid Bacon who knew that character better than anyone I knew of. Some 300+ wins in battle mode and a 2:30 c-mode cum. time were just a couple of things he did. Sanzo was another great one.

Shigecki played a great humar, hucast and a great fonewearl and pretty good everything else. If Shigecki was on, c-mode was on. Skydragon was another favorite hucast as was Merovigian.

Hucaseal - the Yummy of course.

Hunewearl - Mad Dog.

Gream Green was always my favorite Fonewm and inspired me to make one and break out of the Ranger frame of mind. I cannot remember a time in his games when anyone ever had to ask for support or assistance - he was always one step ahead of you. Of course there was the incomperable Curacklin as well.

Snow was the Ranger man. Racast, Ramarl, Racaseal, Ramar - didn't matter - he was that good and damn if he didn't always get the BEST weapons in c-mode. Pajamas was the other awesome ranger man and so is Mo (go Team Awesome).

Favorite Fomar was Asia Skyly and nods to Haruna for Fomarl duties. Both great players to spend a day with.

At least that gives a tad of attention towards the noteworthy xbox crowd.

Good grief... listing something for me for this list will be long as heck. There has been a lot of people where I've been amazed with their skills both in cmode and regular play, but there also been people I've played with that really don't do their jobs exactly.

Despite we play with some varying lag here and there, it would be difficult to actually see who is the best player within these classes to actually learn from...

But you mostly keep the question in mind...
- Are they fun to play with?
- Are they people would like to lend you a helping hand?
- Are they sharing the experience with everyone?
- Are they people when you are surrounded will go out and help you in your situation?
- Are they a team player?
- Will they respect you when you call a rare?

Seriously, there are a lot of people who are pretty good at their jobs even though they have multiple classes unlike me where one class seems to over exemplify the other classes. (RAcast, RAcaseal, and FOmarl) are probably the three classes I haven't touched much. RAcaseal I have played.

If I played with you, liked you, and got your guild card then you belong on this list (of course there are a few on my guild cards because they are either cmode fanatics (like me), people who want to do cmode, and people who are legit).

Wow, that's really depressing. I've tried very hard to be a good HUmar and FOnewearl. People forget so quickly.


I guess you can play FOnewearl and literally earn 4x more EXP in the class than another user, and never let anyone die, have incredible range and power for all techs, and wear a God/HP to get over 1400 to survive a Bringer's shot, and people will still remember the person who is more charismatic rather than the one who is more skilled. I'm not certain if anyone had ever met B the FOnewearl on GCN, but he was considered the best by prettymuch the entire IGN community (back when the IGN community on GCN was huge). After raising my FOney to lv 200, I had many people tell me I was better than he.

As far as HUmars go, soloing East Towers with ease and having a general sense for any battle situation while never dying and keeping others alive seems to fall short compared to having a lot of items or being boastful.

I suppose I shouldn't consider the opinion of this community too heavily considering my past dealings with them as posters and players. But it still stings a bit.

Got a lv 169 HUmar and I reckon myself as a good hunter, but since I've been playing offline only, I'm not fully experienced, nor have I had the chance to learn techniques from other players. I might try BB out sometime, but until then, I am doomed to doing SOB Cave rins for my Red Sword.
