Illegal Percents and Rare Finding

i was wondering if a 127% rika claw will pervent me from finding rares or my drop rate

According to this sticky (http://www.pso-world.com/viewtopic.php?topic=101010&forum=4&13), the 127% Rika's Claw should not have any effect on rare drops.

Yea Rynas right... It has no effect on drop rates. I actually aquired a 127(A.Beast) double cannon, a 127(Machine) Demo comet, and a 127(dark) Dark Flow. And actually I have been finding a lot of rares on ult runs. In the past two days i found like over 20 rares. Nothing real great yet... been PD a few times for some good stuff. But yea it doesnt effect drop rates.
