I've been wanting to draw tingle for a while, but I'm terrible at drawing females, tis the sad truth.

Hm.. it's nice to see spunky Tingle in colors, but it seems like you held back on using more than 4 different colors there Saggy. ;]

I actually kinda like the limited color palete. It gives the picture a nice quirkiness, and given the subject, that seems pretty appropriate http://pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_razz.gif

Colors! Yes, I could have used a multitude more, but that would have meant quite a bit more time. Half the point of my coming back to cell shading was to improve upon the time taken with these pictures.

I also wanted to color the Ryna lineart, but I'm not familiar with her colors so if anyone has some piccies of her they would be most appreciated.

Quite vector like. the only thing I can think of and it is actually regarding my sketch is that I wonder if it would have worked better if it had more defined lines. Because of how the shading is, it seems like defined lines might have accented the entire feel to it.

Critiquies!:

Everything in the picture has the same texture, which would normally be fine, but for whatever reason you decided to give the hair a different one; it doesn't really work with the rest of the image. Either shade it like the rest of the picture, or define other parts a bit more, I'd say.

Also, the shading seems a little overworked in some places (ie, the band on her hat) and underworked in other (most notably, her skin).

Tingle's hair is supposed to be purple, but that is not really a critique, per se. http://pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_wacko.gif

I couldn't really discern a definite lightsource, either; some shadows seem misplaced, like the one of her right (our left) leg.
