PsoBB billing problem

hi

my friend lives in the usa me in germany , i want to pay her bill for pso but i cant change the country on the billing adress . so it dosent work with my card becaus its the false adress .

somebode knwos how to change the country at the billing adress ?

Took this from the billing site:

"It is important to select the country that is associated with your billing address. . If a mistake is made in choosing your country, please contact Customer Support at: http://www.psobb.com/support/inquiry/index.php "
