Demon Wind Shuriken - Windmill of Shadows!

Due to popular request...i redrew this picture a friend of mine in one of my classes last year swiped the first one i drew =.=. So yeah, i'll make a better copy by outlining in ink and maybe coloring it..Suggestions for improvement are welcome.

His waist appears to be horribly skinny, but it may be just the way the picture is formatted.
He also appears to be leaning slightly to the right (however this would be really hard to fix without re-drawing the picture).
The hands look a little small.
All in all tho, great pic!
The folds in the things around the wrist/forearm (?) look really good.
