Quick Mag question

Okay I'm pretty sure my thinking is correct but I just want to confirm. I'm playing BB and I want an Apsaras mag but I can't with my section ID. Can I get the mag up to lv 199(Can't remember if the "every 5 lvs evolution" thing cuts off @ some point) and then give to a dummy character to feed and have it evolve into an Apsaras?

And after that when I feed it to replace lost synchro and stuff it will remain an Apsaras?

Just want to be sure as i havent dealt with mags in awhile xD

It does not matter if you have it at level 199 and then let some other character level the mag to 200. You can go ahead and let your mag be level 200, and then make a different character feed the mag once for it to turn into Asparas. But then, when the original character feeds Asparas, it will turn back into what it was before.

unlike rare mags normal mags can be changed at any time (im sure) it depends on whoever is feeding it.
